1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Big Horn Cooperative Customer Portal ("Portal"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Portal.

2. Portal Access and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account

3. Use of Services

The Portal provides access to your account information, billing statements, payment processing, and other customer services. You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Payment Services

When using payment services through the Portal:

• You authorize Big Horn Cooperative to process payments using your saved payment methods
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or credit are available
• You understand that payment processing may take 3-5 business days for ACH/bank transfers
• Credit card payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee
• AutoPay schedules will continue until you cancel or pause them

5. AutoPay Terms

For automatic payment schedules:

• You will receive reminder emails 2 days before scheduled payments
• Payments will be processed on the scheduled date based on your current account balance
• You may pause or cancel AutoPay at any time through the Portal
• We are not responsible for overdrafts or insufficient funds resulting from scheduled payments
• Email notifications must be enabled to receive AutoPay reminders and receipts

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Portal are owned by Big Horn Cooperative and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Horn Cooperative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Portal.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous availability, the Portal may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Portal.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Portal. Your continued use of the Portal following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
